Grace All Around Me

Here's what I know: The craniosacral work makes the massage last a lot longer and makes it a lot more intense and deep and wonderful - in fact, it was the best massage that I ever had in my whole life - Rhoberta was fantastic plus. She could go deeper because of all the craniosacral work she had done - usually I can't take ANY depth at all because my muscles are always so sore and touchy. She went really, really deep - probably deeper than anyone has ever gone into my muscles - and it felt great! A couple of kinks are gone that have been with me for years - no exaggeration!!! Today has been really, really busy and hectic and I still feel this feeling of grace all around me, like my muscles know something that they've never known before...she actually tunes in and 'listens' to the body. (I opened my eyes a couple of times and she was actually 'listening'.) She is intuitive and funny and sweet and loving and kind and earthy and I am spoiled forever and ever. I feel like this is the beginning to a very good year - all going toward some new knowledge that may be painful or it may be wonderful but I don't care - I'm on my way!

The Best Body Work I've Ever Had

Nurtured Back to Health

My problems stemmed from an unsupportive past where love was not really present and where it definitely was not unconditional. I fought my demons long and hard on my own but I soon was running on empty. I didn't know how to overcome those demons and as a result lived plagued with panic attacks and a great fear of living. Out of that fear arose actions that I could not control and emotional outbursts that I did not understand. When I would leave that darkness behind, I felt like I was literally waking up from a horrible hangover, not knowing what I had done and feeling so helpless because it was not the real me who was in control.

My help came embodied in Elaine and Rhoberta. They nurtured me back to health. I never, ever in my wildest dreams thought that I could live a life free of panic attacks and free of that intense fear. Rhythms of Music and Touch
